Children are not very good at assessing risks
in the great outdoors. But adults should be. And they should
also be well prepared in case something happens. This is why

gency bivouac shelter?

tering the perfect first aid. The author Peter Oster, an experienced
trainer from the Outdoorschule Süd, avoids the bossy school
teacher approach, instead choosing to address his readers in a
relaxed manner. This makes “Erste Hilfe Outdoor” not only a
high-quality medical read, but also an entertaining one.

recommended for use “off the beaten track”, where fast-acting medical attention is not guaranteed. When administered correctly, fi rst aid can prevent
